  Quite the great little find in Union Gap and apparently it's been here for 20+ years! Lovely little family owned business where they make some of the best tamales we've ever had!
  
  The digs here are very humble, with a small footprint and seating for ~ 10 inside at 3 or 4 tables. The walls are adorned with articles through the years, highlighting the brilliance that is this place. At any time, it seems they have 3 tamale options. The pork and chicken tamales are staples and they have seasonal asparagus w/ cheddar jack (ACJ) or jalapeno cheddar options. We were fortunate to have the ACJ and they were a delight! The asparagus wasn't overpowering and with the cheddar jack, the flavor was perfect.
  
  They run a little more expensive than other places in town at $1.65 per tamale, with a little discount when you grab them in increments of 6. They also have frozen tamales for you to take home. We saw a number of folks grabbing what appeared to be armfuls and after tasting these little magic masa pockets, we understand and support the decision!
  
  A must hit for any and all tamale lovers!

  This resturant had been voted best Tomales in WA, I agree. Easy to find, worth the stop if you are driving through the area.
